Mostly built with bulk gifted cards when I mentioned to a friend I was getting into Magic and he gave me a tote with thousands of mostly commons. I noticed that of all the same creature type tribal, there were many soldier cards to choose from. Many of those soldiers had counter and tapping other creature abilities, so I mostly built around that.
