I think you're heading in the right direction but I think your deck needs a little more focus.

I've found that a good way to play Young Pyromancer and Guttersnipe is with some control elements thrown in to try to keep them from getting removed immediately, people hate these guys!

I would suggest trimming some fat, Frostburn Weird , Epic Experiment , Molten Birth , Ring of Three Wishes and adding in some of the cards from your maybeboard such as Chandra's Phoenix , Rapid Hybridization , another Melek, Izzet Paragon , Izzet Charm and Syncopate .

Cool! Just keep at it! I've found that a good deck is almost never 100% complete. I've been working on mine for a few months now and it's just getting to point where it consistently wins games.
