OR?!?! could i use the Dual Casting on the Reverberate to copy the Reverberate in an infinite loop and then finally end with a Searing Spear for2x (which is the number of times you technically need to use Reverberate with guttersnipe to cause the damage to end game) +6( which is the 2 searing spears ) ?!??!?

Copying a spell only counts as casting it if the spell or ability that copies it specifically says it is to be treated as if it were "cast".
In general a spell counts as being "cast" only when it is cast from your hand or the spell or ability allowing you to utilize it specifically uses the terminology "cast".

Therefore Dual Casting does not trigger Guttersnipe 's ability. In the same way that the spell copied by Reverberate does not trigger Guttersnipes ability.. Casting Reverberate is what triggers it.
