This deck is meant only to do one thing - Burn. This deck has at best a turn 3 kill which doesn't always happen, but it can. If you play modern or are looking for a modern burn deck check mine out deck:brighter burn its a modern version of this deck.
Let me break this deck down for you.
Fireblast- Great game ender always sac the mountains especially if their tapped
Lightning Bolt- Most basic burn spell
Goblin Guide- As long as you get 2 attacks in it has made its worth, if you only get one then at least you Shocked your opponent
Eidolon of the Great Revel- Insane damage dealer, don't worry about how it affects you since you always deal more damage then you take
Chain Lightning Almost the same as lightning bolt but at sorcery speed and other ability
Lava Spike- Red Bump in the Night without flashback
Price of Progress- Great card that can easily get you value from all the no basic lands in the format
Grim Lavamancer- Uses the cards you've already used to deal more damage to your opponent and their important creatures.
Sulfuric Vortex- Stops the opponent from gaining life also turns on a clock by dealing your opponent 2 damage at the beginning of their upkeep.
Rift Bolt
- Great suspended lightning bolt, gives you time to make a future decision and somewhat puts pressure on or will slow down your opponents strategy by a
Monastery Swiftspear- Another great creature
