Based on milling opponents library. Looking for ways to cause damage while opponent discards their library away. Fog Bank seems to help control any creatures opponents bring and Jace's Phantasm can cause enough damage if the right cards don't surface. Need sideboard suggestions and any comments or feedback appreciated. Thanks.

Added a few cards to the sideboard. Reliquary Tower on the chance of milling my own library using Jace, Memory Adept would be pretty nasty. Added a few cards I need for this deck as well. Tamiyo, the Moon Sage for the no maximum hand size and bouncing cards back to my hand.
