Sea Gate Wreckage and Rogue's Passage could be colorless additions. The former also helps draw cards and the latter makes Thing in the Ice Flip unblockable after it flips.

Take out Sweep Away for Engulf the Shore. Take out Spell Shrivel for Calculated Dismissal or Scatter to the Winds.
Put in Dreadwaters somewhere, you really need it.
May 10, 2016 1:15 p.m.
Snow_Lynx 2 of the 4 you mentioned are in my sideboard. Why take out Sweep Away? Please elaborate, then differ to the description of the deck on why it's in there. It has saved my butt more than a few times!
May 10, 2016 4:26 p.m.
Sweep Away is single-target and does not work on hexproof or Gaea's Revenge, while Engulf the Shore works on everything, even several manlands, for just 1 more mana. It is worth several Sweep Aways in one.
May 10, 2016 4:47 p.m.
Although Engulf the Shore is only as effective as the number of Islands you have on the field.
May 10, 2016 5:15 p.m.
20 island, 2 mage ring network and 3 mirrorpool for lands (21 island if you want 26 land). you will hit more than enough islands and have more than enough colourless sources by the time you need them.

Which would be a minimum of four, so a four drop to return all 4/4s or less back is a nice board sweep, howver it does effect yourself too, this would be especially effective against token devks as theyd just dissolve
May 10, 2016 5:47 p.m.
Yes Engulf the Shore works on everything , but there is a drawback on it if my opponent pumps their creatures up to exceed the toughness higher than my land count! Plus everything goes back to their hand and gets to come back out again if I can't counter it. To where as Sweep Away is used on attacking creatures and they go back on top of owner's library. I never use Sweep Away to return creatures to owner's hand, only used when they attack! As for hexproof creatures, I'll have to tough it out until Thing in the Ice Flip transforms if the power is 4 or greater.

Engulf the shore also gets round hex proof, also you can wait a turn or two hopefully to target 5/6 and under
May 11, 2016 4:52 a.m.
another cool thing is engulf the shore also allows you to bounce your maniac scribes to recast them for triggers AND if you have your delirium trigger them again after your turn

+1!
I'd take out the Vessels and put in Oath of Jace it work great, the scry is huge and it dodges Dromoka's Command
May 19, 2016 12:42 p.m.
rjphilla how does Oath of Jace dodge Dromoka's Command? If Vessel of Paramnesia is on the table and my opponent plays Dromoka's Command on me, I still have a chance to use its ability as it goes on the stack. There is no protection for Oath of Jace.
May 19, 2016 10:32 p.m.
Oh I just meant that you'd usually sacrifice the Vessels and the Oath gets you immediate draw and sits with the scry chance from jace. Just trying to help!
May 20, 2016 2:06 a.m.
The "dodge" is for the Tutes as we know. We don't care if the Oath dies, we just want the Tutes to stick
May 20, 2016 2:08 a.m.
Talent of the Telepath is a 4-of in this deck now, I think. Black is running so much removal, you may be able to run both a sweeper like Languish and also hit them with their own Duress or Transgress the Mind.
May 20, 2016 1:06 p.m.
Agree on Rogue's Passage which might even help recurring Persistent Nightmare Flip... also, Drownyard Temple can come back if discarded via Catalog or Oath of Jace while helping Delirium; same goes to Warped Landscape, a totally dismissed land which I like to read as "use as Wastes unless you need Delirium". None of those lands are taplands...

I know that this list is inherently blue, but have you thought about splashing red? Red gives you access to Tormenting Voice which is great mid to late game because you can pitch a card you don't need, like a land, to the yard to draw 2. This will trigger your Tutelage. Red also allows you to run Geistblast which can help kill smaller creatures early game, but it really shines when you use its exile ability. For 2U you can exile it and copy any spell you cast, such as Startled Awake Flip or Talent of the Telepath.

paulbmoore1980 I've though about adding red into the deck because of Fevered Visions, but then I'll be making a completely different deck as I will be taking control out of the mix and it would be geared as just a mill deck. As it stands currently, I'm doing pretty well with it. Most opponents don't know what to sideboard against me.
June 1, 2016 2:17 p.m.
Ratty so what card are you going to put in once sphinxs is out of standard ????? :P or would the deck still be strong without it :P just wondering because that enchant is really strong
June 5, 2016 11:33 p.m.
I don't get how every deck doesn't 2-0 you with you running so little removal, disruption or lands.
June 6, 2016 6:30 a.m.
Awenna it's called power of the mill. All I'm doing is removing all their answers. Sweep Away and Engulf the Shore does the rest to the opponent's creatures.
Suhbruh I'll most likely build a new deck when that happens.

Have you looked at Alhammarret's Archive? You may only get half the value, but it allows you an extra Tutalege trigger.

Frostt check the sideboard. Mirrorpool would be nice, but then I'll need to put Wastes in to pull it off.
