*UPDATE (11/14/2013)
SIDEBOARD: Changed cards here; taken out all Grim Lavamancer and all Rubblebelt Maaka . Replaced them with:
Fury Charm - primarily used to destroy pesky artifacts or pump my creatures a little bit, though I find this mode more useful with Vexing Devil to turn it into a 5/4 trampling critter. Probably not going to use the third mode except if I want my suspended Rift Bolt to zap at once.
Reverberate - though I find Increasing Vengeance good, I think this one is better since you can also copy your opponent's instant or sorcery spells. Who knows what kind of nasty spells they have (and sometimes expensive CMCs) in which you could just copy for 2 red mana. Counter my burn spells? Counter your counters with it! Draw cards? Me too!! Search for spells? Me too!! What's nastier is that you could copy their sorcery spells and use it at instant speed.

Fierce! +1
I don't know if it's worth it to you, but I've had some luck with Proclamation of Rebirth and Vexing Devil in this list Deft Punk.
Seeing as you have white already, who knows! I find ir really changes things when you bring back a devil or two during the later game--well, as late as burn will allow.
Nice list!

Sorry for the double post! Tapped Out has been weird with me lately.

What? Now it's gone. Let's try again...

@emask
Thanks for the suggestion!! I have looked up Proclamation of Rebirth and its really wicked, like casting 3 Devils again (3 cmc). Perhaps I'll put it on the sideboard just in case I battle decks with Leyline of Sanctity .
Also, I just made another update just a few seconds ago adding black for Bump in the Night .
January 7, 2014 1:07 a.m.
Nice! I like bump a lot. I don't know, I figured proc might not be so bad with your hasty one drops there as well.
How's the list been doing?

I'm currently testing the mana frequency right now. For the most part, I'm getting almost 50% chance of either getting Sacred Foundry or Blood Crypt . If there is an Arid Mesa , things get fixed quickly although I do take damage while fetching and getting shocked myself, but the damage I deal is greater, so the trade off is just fine. I might just remove black again if it doesn't go well.
Have you tried play testing this too?
January 7, 2014 1:22 a.m.
I was, and it seems alright to me in the 4 or so tests I did. I think because you've got so many threats, it doesn't really matter if you can't play a boros charm or bump right away. I always had something to play, and in most cases was able to play anything I wanted as I got the land I needed.
I think it's very good that you have Magma Jet . Some ppl look over that card too much, really helps the drawing later on. If you're worried about losing life too fast, maybe Lightning Helix ?
Was playing well when I tried it out! Maybe you could test it against some other tapped out lists and see out it does? Feel free to burn me!
I can see cheap counters being a bit of an issue for your early game. Maybe you could try AEther Vial since you got lots of critters? I had good results with it once along with Epochrasite and Shrapnel Blast .
Anyways, my suggestions are more for idea's sake! Good luck!

I almost forgot that Lightning Helix thanks for reminding me! While Boros Charm does more damage, it doesn't heal you life like Helix does (And it also hits creatures). But then, Boros Charm has other modes that I can use such as the Double Strike mode. I once pull-off a successful Double Striking Ball Lightning with it. Since I fetch and shock myself a lot, I think Lightning Helix could help me out. Gotta test it.
January 7, 2014 2:15 a.m.
Why not both? Yay testing!
More and more you do it you want old cards back, and new cards in and new cards out, and so on... Soon you find the balance! It still looks good as is.

As I look and analyze about it, if I revert back to RW colors then I'll be removing both the Bump in the Night and Blood Crypt and put in back 4 Mountains and then the Lightning Helix itself.
Let's see well which goes better with the test. Deck edit for a while...
January 7, 2014 2:32 a.m.
Cool! Nice that Helix can target critters too, but it's susceptible to Spell Snare ... Bump in the Night comes back with flashback.. It's a tough choice!.
I tested this against my deft list, and I think in that match up you'd want pyroclasm. Either way, it was scary fast. It's not so fun when I'm the one playing against the devils!! Procing them with your list might have killed me good!!
Anyways, hope it goes well!

Hmm... This is a weird suggestion, but I wonder how Postmortem Lunge would fair here?

koth_of_the_bummer says... #16
For Postmortem Lunge I can only think of one perfect target. Keldon Marauders !! That guy's entering and leaving the battlefield will "Shock " damage your opponent yet again from the grave.
January 7, 2014 10:40 p.m.
Would also make your Vexing Devil more vexing now that it has haste... If they choose to take the damage, well that's still a one mana burn for four. Also with the devil, you're paying 1 for almost a ball lightning with Postmortem Lunge --if you take two that is.

I agree with its play on the Devil. It's like taking 4 damage (if opponent has no creatures) anyway regardless of their choice. Anyway, I'm still torn between Lightning Helix and Boros Charm right now. Both are fantastic on its own and the more I test play, I find the Helix will be useful to gain life whenever I fetch and shock myself out. But Boros Charm's extra point of damage and double-strike works good too.

The whole Magma Jet idea was pretty useful for me when I playtested this. Only think I could think of is Goblin Guide , but I'm sure you've heard that before. +1

Yes, Magma Jet is really useful. Most other Burn Decks in Modern usually overlook it's capability. The scry helps a lot to set up the next draws in which it let us throw away lands from the topdeck down to the bottom.
As for Goblin Guide , I've considered him, though I most use it in Legacy in my other burn deck here: The Burning Legacy

No problem! Using Indestructible mode also works when they attempt to kill it.

Looks like a good deck! Since you're running a very creature-heavy deck, why not use Teetering Peaks ? I know it CIPT, but could make a late game elemental big enough to push through some blockers. Also I'm surprised not to see any Wear / Tear in the SB since you're running boros colors. I'd replace the blood moons for them since you don't run any basic plains (cutting yourself off white). If it's at all possible, maindecking Skullcrack s really help during game 1 incidental lifegain attempts by your opponent. (Aside from Tarmogoyfs and S.Oozes, Kitchen Finks is one of the most played green creatures). Hope you find some/any of that helpful!

*UPDATE (10/29/2013)
SIDEBOARD: Finalized my sideboard (though it may still change) and omitted entirely the maybe board. Added Dragon's Claw against mirror matches and also Leyline of Punishment to shutdown life gainers.
MAIN: Reduced Mountain s back to 18 and taken out 1 Flame Javelin and 1 Magma Jet . Also added 2 Thunderous Wrath s for its potential and surprising Miracle Damage.
TEST: So far, it went out pretty good and capable of killing in turn 4 as intended. In some cases, it even killed in a surprise 3rd turn Miracle of Thunderous Wrath . With Magma Jet in the main, the chances of ensuring a Miracle Thunderous Wrath turns out really well. Flame Javelin works pretty good too especially during the 3rd turn when you don't have Ball Lightning in your hand.
BOTTOM LINE: RED DECK WINS =)
