Welome to Naya, a mysterious plane pulsing with life, aggression, and community. A combination of Green, Red, and White mana, Naya is a plane of primal tribes and gargantuan monsters, a plane full of life. This life is very aggressive and will do anything to survive...
As a Naya Zoo-type deck, the focus here is getting strong creatures out fast and attacking as soon as possible. This deck is pretty flexible and has many strategies, but it is far from perfect, and any help is appreciated.
To start off the creatures we have experiment-oen. The experiment is a fundamental part of this deck; it always evolves into a 2/2 or 3/3 and with regenerate is very hard to remove.
Vexing Devil is just amazing in this deck; he either gives me an awesome, early board presence or damages my opponent right off the bat. Top-notch.
While at first glance Dryad Militant might seem average, a closer look reveals this is not so. A 2/1 for 1 G or W that stops anyone with a graveyard-based strategy? Not so bad now, huh!
Burning-Tree Emissary is pretty amazing; by "paying for itself", I can oftentimes get an extra creature onto the field and give myself a really nice board advantage.
Loxodon Smiter and Boros Reckoner are both awesome three-drops; the smiter is uncounterable and provides a safeguard against Rakdos's Return while the reckoner is an amazing way to destroy an opponent's creatures and stabilize my board presence.
Lastly, rounding off the creatures I have Firemane Avenger. The avenger works so well in my deck because bt the time I can get one out, I will almost always have 2 or more creatures open to attack with her, letting me utilize her ability to the fullest.
For spells, we have Searing Spear, Selesnya Charm, Mizzium Mortars, Rancor, and Boros Charm. The spear obviously helps take out creatures, and the charm deals with a wide range of threats, but it is the mortars that are the best spell this deck has. More often than not, I am able to overload and wipe most of or an entire opponent's board, which in turn often leads to a victory for me. I completely under-estimated this card, and it now sits at a key spot in my deck. Rancor gives trample and thus makes chump-blocking my creatures much more serious. Finally, the Boros charm provides key support, whether it is in damaging an opponent or giving a creature doublestrike for the win.
