Ok so this deck is interesting... I'll admit it's not the best, but is that really the point of combo? To have the combo, you have to have both Escape Protocol and Burning-Tree Emissary. You cycle a card, flicker Burning-Tree Emissary, add two mana then cycle another card and pay the protocol cost. Except for 12 cards in the deck, every card has cycling. You do this combo until you have around 20 cyclers in graveyard and a zenith flare in hand or until you run out of cycling draws (which is unlikely). The mana-base is pretty messed up and technically it can work as a regular cycling deck (but its bad).
