As far as debudgetizing the deck, there are a few things that you could go for:

Mizzium Mortars : Powerful removal, but at the expense of not hitting planeswalkers or players. Keep in mind if you storm into it you won't be able to overload it for free. That being said, this is a strong possibility that I would consider to take Lightning Strike 's spot.

Jace, Memory Adept : Card draw, and another win con if the game goes on for too long.

Ral Zarek : He's so damn flavorful for this deck it hurts my eyes. Anyway, having a repeatable Lightning Strike and pseudo-manaramp could definitely be handy.

That's about all I can really think of. The thing about the planeswalkers is that you need at least 2 to even be able to cast them when Possibility Storm is out on the field. I wouldn't know what you could drop for them either. Let me know how it goes for you!

So, I'm sad to say that I will be going out of town for a few days, and will probably not have access to the internet. So, I won't be able to make any replies to the decks for a while. I'll be back around Wednesday. You guys are awesome, and I'll work on a new deck as soon as I get back!

+1 For being amazing. I have an idea, could Blustersquall be better then shock in this deck? It deals with early to mid game threats and overloaded it would keep you alive. Plus storming into it means you tap the blocker so the Wurm wins! Just an idea.

so I made the GR version of this deck here! Grull Storm

the main deck still bugget. this version has less dig engine, that mean the storm is a little harder.

definitely one of the coolest Izzet Decks I have ever seen. @ssthree I was thinking I could make a sweet Grull Deck with this Izzet style

So, I took my variation of this deck to FNM. I went 2-2 for the night. I beat a mono blue devotion tempo deck 2-0. A U/G/R Control Deck 2-1. I lost to red deck wins 0-2. Boros Reckoner is just too much of a pain, and he counterburned the few creatures I got out. Lost before Possibility Storm can get out both times. Then lose to selesyna aggro 0-2. Selesnya Charm and Giant Growth were able to save his weak creatures early game, and I just can't kill Loxodon Smiter . I did get Possibility Storm off on him one game, but Naturalize became Advent of the Wurm which gave a token for Trostani, Selesnya's Voice to populate with massive lifegain.

Love your deck idea, I already have ordered some cards :) By the way, I own 2 Ral Zarek , which cards do you think they could replace in the deck?
