The deck is pretty self-explanatory.

Get a Secrets of the Dead in play, then ride the card advantage until you get a Burning Vengeance or Delver of Secrets and win the game.

As for the no Snapcaster Mages - Everything in the mainboard except Mana Leak and Mental Misstep has flashback anyway. The advantage of a 2/1 attacker is nice, but I'm building this deck based on cards that I have at the moment. If I get Snapcasters in the future, then I'll see how they fit, but for now, they're not here.
