This is my first Standard deck. I played it at the last FNM (my first torunament ever, I had only played casual until then) and I did poorly (I won 1 out of 4 rounds). My idea for the deck is: a) Control with hard to kill defending creatures (like fog banks) and counters. b) Lots of burn to cleanse the battlefield or damage opponent (with some help from Guttersnipe). c) Flying creatures to damage opponent. Could you please give me some advice on how to make it better? I'm on a budget, so sadly I can't afford Snapcasters or 4 Steam Vents. Thank you so much for your help!
