~ $100-150 Upgrade of the Urza, Chief Artificer Iron Alliance Precon.

Took a bunch of recent pickups and trades and threw them in while also inserting a couple of tried and true value pieces.

Just a few wincons, Urza planeswalker, Blightsteel Collosus, Cyberdrive Awakener, Mechanized Production, Mirrodin Besieged.

Mostly it's just a "protect Urza until he makes big boiz to go wide and hit hard" deck, but it has some fun combo pieces inside - Arcum Dagsun + Portal to Phyrexia for maximum pain Sword of the Meek + Thopter Foundry for boatloads of Thop-Thops Etherium Sculptor + Sensei's Divining Top + The Reality Chip to draw you whole deck

And finally, lots of counters and protection for Urza so he keeps making GUYS.

The Flesh is Weak in maybeboard to make room for recent aquisition of Mana Drain, but still a great option.

Feel free to suggest more efficient combos or streamlined mana curving. Obvious land base upgrades are obvious.
