This is my first Locust God build. I am running the Niz's along with Curiosity and Ophidian as backup win-cons. Is that overkill or a waste of card slots? Should I just stick with the other synergies with the Bug God? Also, I am running 5 cards to protect him as I feel he will have a huge target on his back. Any other ideas of how to protect him?

Okay, this is the 2nd version. Took out the Niv/Curiosity combo in favor or more counter spells and also instants to stop the loop if the God and Kindred Discovery are out. The God is still drawing a lot of hate though, tough to keep him on the field.
