False Cure is unplayable. Enlightened Tutor and/or Dark Petition should be your backups.
I play a single Beacon of Immortality in my build.
Otherwise, this deck is pretty on point. +1.

@Nisoth what makes False Cure unplayable, exactly?

@AstroBitTrip: Because Tainted Remedy is a replacement effect. Instead of gaining life they lose life, so no trigger for False Cure as it will only see the player losing life already.

Also, it only gives you one turn to kill your opponent. So, to combo off, you have to spend BB on False Cure AND have enough healing to finish the game AND have enough mana left to play all those spells. If you miss your mark on that one turn, you have effectively done nothing and therefore have probably lost the game.
Yes, it gets around removal that Tainted Remedy is vulnerable to, but the downside is just nowhere near worth it. Maybe (MAYBE) it's worth playing if you have things like Skyshroud Cutter and Refreshing Rain in the deck. Maybe.

i havent been back to this deck in a while, looking at some cards in green has definitely opened up more options i would need to do some digging my knowledge of legacy format is still kinda bad. ill probably remove false cure as it would need quite a bit of mana to kill if tainted remedy isnt out as stated above.

I know your deck is creatureless right now (which is sweet), but Wall of Shards.
