Thanks for the input!
Yeah, I probably have a bit much on the mana ramp, and I think I'll focus on the ones that let me get non-basics since Sword of the Animist is so good. I'm finding that card draw, especially early, is the major problem I have been having. As for the Locket/Cluestone, I do like the option to draw cards when I don't need them.
I changed a bit around since you commented to deal a bit with my meta.

Yeah card draw is def an issue with GW (maybe to balance their amount of great tutors?) Sylvan Library though, is a real powerhouse. Tireless Tracker is also really good. Since you have a Hexproof beatstick commander you can consider cards like Hunter's Prowess and Hunter's Insight. Those cards are usually considered bad as your opponent can remove the creature with instant removal as a 2-for-1, but thats not a concern with your commander.

I think you can cut your land count to 36 as long as you have 8 or so ramp cards below 2CMC. The highest mana cost you have in your deck is 6, this means with 6 lands you are able to cast everything in your deck. I would take out all your ramp cards and use these eight:
These should make your deck a lot more explosive with minimal change. Try it and see!
