Use spells with buyback to take advantage of Nantuko Shrine . Memory Crystal and Locket of Yesterdays reduce their cost. The non-buyback spells are cantrips that fill the graveyard.

The wincondition is creating infinite tokens through reducing the cost/creating shrine-tokens of Sprout Swarm enough to buyback-chain it. If that is not possible you have to do it the hard way creating a Capsize lock by bouncing all opposing permanents.

The deck lacks in interaction, so it has to hope that Capsize and token chumpblockers are enough to survive.
