BW tokens, my version

As good as Voice of Resurgence is, I do not think it is the optimal card for its slot. Currently, all it does is soak up a removal spell, and I'd rather have a Selesnya Charm for added flexibility. The mana base could be improved by switching out basics for shocklands.

I understand Bitterblossom and Thoughtseizes are not so budget friendly, and they can be replaced by any token producer/anthem and Tidehollow Scullers respectively.

Things to improve:

Improve mana base by adding Godless Shrine and Isolated Chapel instead of the Caves of Koilos

Better hand disruption (Inquisition of Kozilek instead of Duress)

More removal (Path to Exile, Dismember)

Maybe a Brimaz, King of Oreskos?
