I wanted to to build a standard deck that wouldn't break the bank and that used Topplegeist because I also hate vertically aligned candles.

Wicker Witch is both an Artifact and a Creature, costs 3 (Bygone Bishop) and I don't mind trading it off.

Paranoid Parish-Blade seems good when you've got delirium online, 4/2 with first strike could do quite well for himself.

Bygone Bishop works with all the other creatures in the deck, sadly he triggers on cast and not ETB, which makes Eerie Interlude not quite as good but good to retrigger the Topplegeists and Tooth Collectors

Any suggestions welcome, though I will be avoiding any particularly expensive cards as this is my choice for a budget project.
