This is a variation of 8 Rack designed to punish the opponent for drawing as well as discarding. The Crucible could be replaced with another Liliana or Inquisition, I've just found it to be nice when you're dealing with a longer game where the opponent just refuses to die. I generally try to get Liliana's Caress or Waste Not out before I unload the discard package, and all of the enchantments combo with Geier Reach Sanitarium beautifully. The reason for the fetch lands is to try and thin the deck out quickly since we really need to draw a spell pretty much every turn. Drawing lands is often a bad thing with this deck once you have 3-4 on the field. To prevent getting locked out of the all important black mana, Urborg is here to give us the black mana option, so even if we hit a point where we don't want to fetch, we aren't getting locked out of extra mana. The sideboard holds the options for dealing with decks that rely on planeswalkers, go wide faster than we can kill creatures, or run spells that we really need to counter. In the control matchup, I usually swap out Path for Dash, Hexmage usually also replaces Path when dealing with walker decks, and with decks that go wide I bring in Bridge and Tutor over the Inquisitions and Paths.

Update: Added in Dakmoor Salvage to give more options for maintaining consistent discard control over decks that like to draw cards a lot.
