I'd say focus more on vampire related cards. Blood Tribute is nice with Sanguine Bond and Sorin Markov is just a BA in general.

No I haven't! seems like a great addition to the deck, although I'm not quite sure what I should switch it with

you could take out sorin they have the same amount of mana to play them unless you want to keep him in the deck

I feel like that trade isn't really equal, he's my source to my lifelink army and to eliminate the main threats. (He's my defense)

Blood Artist is a great card for lifegain and lifedrain.. Path to Exile for removal, or Unmake if your on a budget..

whats the difference between modern and other game types? is it slower, faster? and mana wise, why do you have more black mana then white mana when you need more white?

Day of Judgment for mass removal or card:Black Sun's Zenith for indestructible creatures.

Would Killing Wave suffice as mass removal more than Day of Judgement?!?!?!!? I was thinking that if my deck is based on lifegain i should have no problem dealing with my side, and if at least Exquisite Blood is out it would be a lot more interesting

Blood Artist seems like a viable option, but it seems very slow in the way I'd be handling this deck, unless this deck is more token oriented I feel that it doesn't really belong. (Same reason I didn't add the soul sisters btw)

i know the rules, but i meant is modern's metagame faster or slower then legacy? is their a ton of removal? a tone of certain win combo's?

in most formats, Killing Wave is worth then Day of Judgment because they get to choose the creatures they keep, making it easier for them to use combos or keeping the bomb they snuck out.

I'll stick to Day of Judgment for now, should there be anything I should add/remove

(im new) i mean overall i like it, i Play Black white as well. umm some little things i can think of is remove 1xMortify , 1x Castigate , and add those 2x Day of Judgment . i think they will help out in a pinch, cuz u never know, with this black white some time u just need some time, or "a " lol. and if someone can help me with my deck:one-fine-line-blackwhite that be awesome.

Done, although I feel like this isn't working some how.

I'd love to see what I could swap out for Dark Ritual

card:Sorin's Vengeance would be a good 'one of' in this deck, as it's a finisher with sanguine bond and most of your win conditions.

October 2, 2012 3:02 a.m.

Good idea, do you see anything to switch it off with?

Personally I don't really like the Boon Reflection or the Well of Lost Dreams . For Boon Reflection , I feel as if your other 5 drop enchantments are better. For Well of Lost Dreams , I don't like feeling like you have to reserve mana for it. I also don't really like Exquisite Blood , as Sanguine Bond just seems better, unless you're playing multiplayer.

Also, if you can figure out other cards that seem weak in playtesting, you should see if you can drop in a Mana Tithe or Rebuff the Wicked , to help against creature/enchantment removal.

I'm confused with what you mean with Well of Lost Dreams , I thought it's when whenever I gain life I could exchange whatever amount I have to draw that many cards? I'm going to need an explanation for this lol. I'm trying my best to reserve the infinite combo into this deck (Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood ) but I can see why I should just sideboard it for multiplayer or something. I can understand Boon Reflection 's drop too. I'll see if I have some space for the counters you suggested, thanks again.

Well of Lost Dreams basically says this. If you gain 5 life. You can then pay less than or equal to 5 mana. To draw that many cards.

Your deck is looking really good. I have a deck very very similar to this, except mine is vintage casual. If you wanting to keep it Modern then I really can't think of anything to change. Looks really good to me.

Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood looks like an infinite loop. If you make it past turn six, it gives you a really sudden finish. Maybe you want +2 Exquisite Blood in the sideboard to pull it off if necessary.

Also, Dark Ritual is not legal in Modern.

Dark Ritual isn't in modern. I'd get more dual lands and more early game plays.

November 10, 2012 5:02 p.m.

Thank you, i changed it to casual, unless dark ritual is there this deck doesnt stand a chance for early game
