BW Planeswalker Pox

Pox and walkers, whats not to love?

The aim of the deck is to be very disruptive and utilize the value of Smallpox. Here is the ideal opener:

Turn 1: Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, cast Thoightseize taking their own discard spell but leaving their 1 drop. They cast their 1 drop on their turn 1.

Turn 2: play a Flagstones of Trokair into a Smallpox. We each lose 1 life, I discard a Bloodghast and they discard whatever, I have no creature to sac but they must sac their 1 drop, they sac a land and I sac my Flagstones of Trokair triggering the ability, grab a Godless Shrine that enters tapped, which triggers the landfall on Bloodghast.

Now the opponent only has 1 land on the battlefield and had to sac a land and creature and discard a card, while I have a 2/1 on the field and am down 0 cards. The rest of the deck is all value.

Here are my thoughts on archetype matchup:

Aggro: pretty good with all the removal and things like Sorin, Solemn Visitor to stabilize in the midgame. And nothing grinds out a win from there like a to of planeswalkers.

Midrange: I think this is good too because every card just screams value. I have lots of pressure for other walkers, plenty of removal and blockers for creatures, and hard to kill threats like all my own walkers and things like Lingering Souls, Bloodghast, and Blood Baron of Vizkopa.

Control: I like the idea of this matchup too because, again, planeswalkers can get tons of value, I have the discard to make them stumble early, and sticky threats like the ones mentioned above.

Combo: My ace in the hole however, is making an emblem with Gideon of the Trials. Especially game 1, this can just be game over for the none interactive decks. Back that up with lots of dicard and it should be enough to get there.

I'm even thinking that the mainboard Smallpox can help to make the dreaded tron matchup less miserable.

So what are your thoughts? I'm going to be playing the list for the first time next Friday. My meta is heavy on fish and bogles. It also has a few mardu players. It looks good in my head but we shall see.
