Melanthios, thank you for the suggestions, that is some fun synergy to think about! Especially with Cliffhaven in the mix, then you could stand you gain 3 life and deal 3 ublockable damage when it goes off. Very good idea!

@Melanthios : You don't lose your flying blocker at all. Blocking doesn't tap your creatures, so you keep Vampire Envoy back for blocking, then in your opponent's end step, you can still tap for cohort.

Oh, and HunterEste, how could you say Sorin isn't in flavour? D: Half the creatures in this deck are Vampires and Sorin is the Vampire planeswalker.

Hunter! What about my bae Vampire Envoy? It's an ally, it's got a phat arse, in conjunction with Ondu War Cleric for that beauty Cohort. You're gaining 3 life, true you lose your flying blocker, but all the procs!
I know the question now is... "Whom do I drop for this?" and the answer is, no idea.
My version isn't running Zulaport Cutthroats because I wanted an aggro'y with some trixy deck. AKA Felidar Sovereign x1. Just when you need it of course. I have Gideon, Ally of Zendikar and Sorin, Solemn Visitor in my deck (x1 each) to just add some free synergies, be it 1/1 drops or the 1/0 life link.
That being said, with my adjustments I don't run Altar's Reap or March from the Tomb rather, Smite the Monstrous, Healing Hands and Immolating Glare for removal. Granted Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger still wrecks my face, but if I can get enough aggro in, I usually win.
