The idea is to ramp up into a board clear on turn 4 or 5 then drop the winning pieces (eldest reborn for massive 3 card advantage, Vraska to -3 anything they put out and control the board, etc.)

So I've updated this deck and it will be the one I run for a little while. I've decided to put tokens down for now as Goblin Chainwhirler is on the rise in my local meta. I will give a brief run down of how I'm sideboarding

Against Control

-4 Gift of Paradise (dont need to worry about ramping quickly into a boardwipe, and the life gain isn't that important)

-4 Fumigate

-4 Settle the Wreckage

+4 Doomfall

+2 Ixalan's Binding (aim for Cast Out, Teferri/planeswalkers, or any of their wincon)

+1 Sorcerous Spyglass (target planeswalkers)

+1 Profane Procession ^Flip (for gearhulks, gonti, lyra, etc)

+3 borken bonds (for Cast Out...not really needed in U/B or B)

+1 Kambal, Consul of Allocation

Against Aggro and Midrange

-4 Duress

+2 Doomfall (or 1 [profane procession] if you're worried about The Scarab God or Rekindling Phoenix)

+2 Authority of the Consuls (or Phyrexian Scriptures if you need graveyard hate against GPG or The Scarab God, Ixalan's Binding is also a good option if you they aren't running haste creatures or a super aggressive deck.
