No Hero's Downfall ?It's basically a better Dreadbore

The deck looks really solid on paper though, +1 from me

I like Dreadbore a bit better because it lets me do a little bit more each turn (I've won games by having 4 mana and a Rakdos Keyrune , dreadboring a creature and attacking with keyrune for game) and is easier to cast, plus it's cheap :D Thanks for the +1

Well if you're talking about having more mana open, then Hero's Downfall still wins.

You cast it at the end of their turn and then you have ALL your mana open on your turn.

It's just a thought, not trying to force you to change your deck, but I think it'd do a bit better with the Downfalls :)

Good luck!

Thanks man, thanks for the input, honestly if the deck wasn't already so damn expensive I'd get the downfalls, but price is really the biggest factor XD

Sorry no dashes, I don't know how to deck link

@Hernandez1993
-You deck link by first typing 2 of these ---> [
-The you type "deck:" (without the quotation marks)
then with no spaces you enter the name of your deck as dictated by the website, which can be found in the url while you're on your deck page. (make sure you include the dashes)
-If someone else has the same deck name as you, there will be a series of numbers after the name, include those too.
-So it'll look like (for yours): (inside double brackets) deck:cruel-control-powerhouses

like so ---> cruel control & powerhouses

So, I'm running Hero's Downfall now. Yesterday I bought a playset of them in barely used condition (A tiny bit of fraying in the corners) for 10$.

$10 seems to be a bit much, don't you think? And honestly, Dreadbore is better, but still, +1.

: )

For a playset? The things run about 14$ apiece, in their condition, 10 each. 30$ profit :D And fraying is easy enough to cover up. As for which one's better, that's largely player preferance, but it saved my ass vs a gruul aggro, where a ghor-clan rampager bloodrushed onto a poluchronos would've killed me if I ran dreadbore over downfall
