Note: This is a second-draft deck, I'm looking for input before I go out and start buying.

This deck is intended to leverage the strong utility of black's life drain and discard abilities in multiplayer games.

Commander is Lazav, Dimir Mastermind, who is both Hexproof (making him difficult to remove) and capable of providing a formidable offense, since his shapeshifting ability triggers not only on destroyed creatures, but those that you force opponents to discard or mill.

There are several ways to bypass blockers included, to make use of the new Cipher cards, allowing a creature to trigger the effect multiple times. For even more fun, combo an Invisible Stalker with Voidwalk to blink Netherborn Phalanx or Sepulchral Primordial every turn, or with Stolen Identity to clone Consuming Aberration and eat through your opponent's decks magnificently fast.

Creatures such as Consuming Aberration and Wight of Precinct Six can become gigantic quickly with spells like Mind Grind affecting all opponents. Likewise, every spell you cast with an Extort-capable card on the table, such as Crypt Ghast or Basilica Screecher bleeds all your foes at once and can grant you a bundle of life at minimal investment.

Bloodchief ascenscion + Mindcrank will continue to eat away at each opponent until they croak at the first card they send to the graveyard.

Also included are some bare-bones removal and counterspell cards, mostly for the purposes of preventing mass-wipe spells and removing opposing Commanders before they can get a foothold.
