Maybeboard

The first ever magic deck I ever bought or played with was the gruul intro deck from original Theros. Since then I've always liked big creatures which I can use to smash my opponents in the face. I've also always liked to have a ton of mana to spend each turn.

This deck accomplishes both of those things. Early in the game it gets going quickly with cheap ramp spells like Nature's Lore and Sakura-Tribe Elder. These cheap ramp spells help you reach the more impactful ramp spells (e.g. Mirari's Wake, card:zendikar resurgence). It's very easy to reach upwards of 12 mana by turn 5 which is greatly increased by Zacama, Primal Calamity.

Now if you have a ton of mana, you also need something to spend it on. In this case I have several top-end creatures that'll really impact the board when they come down: Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, card:Gisela, blade of goldnigth. But if a big creature wont win you the game, how about even more value from a Sunbird's Invocation or a big Genesis Wave.
