And Elfhame Sanctuary is awesome!
Does your group play partial paris rules? and how do you usually expect to draw? I've found with mine that drawing anything less than three lands is a risky proposition. And I'll partial back anything with over 5 toughness as a rule.
What sort of a win condition do you encounter, too? Just beat the living snot out of opponents? Or do you rely on the Eldrazi? Or do you just start swinging as early as possible?

I find that this deck has a bit of redundancy built into it. I try for as many lands as possible in my opening hand and also partial back any power five or greater. I keep any enchantments that are serious threats and any mana ramp I have in hand.
I win using Titanic Ultimatum and just swing for the win, I use Warstorm Surge and Where Ancients Tread for another win condition, and card:Mayael's Aria and Mossbridge Troll is a win condition if you activate his ability before the aria's ability finishes resolving.
Primarily I have the eldrazi in here because I have a friend that plays a mill edh and a friend that plays a Jareth, Leonine Titan edh. Their weaknesses are eldrazi and colorless creatures respectively. Otherwise any other big creature would do.

so you don go with anything against cards like Control Magic or any massive destruction like Wrath of God ?

I do occasionally, but in multiplayer games people usually don't want to send their newly acquired large creature into my wall of large creatures. Also, once I have the mana available I drop bigger threats at a faster pace than many of my opponents. Playing against a black deck with lots of spot removal can cause problems but most of the time I am playing in a pretty casual meta.

I'd definitely recommend putting Vigor in the main deck, I once did a ridiculous play with him out, cast Blasphemous Act giving me +13/+13 on all my creatures, including an Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre . I'd also say put the Elvish Piper in the main deck, it's brilliant if you draw a big creature.
Then other cards that you might want are Congregation at Dawn , its great because 1. its instant, so you can respond to peoples plays (works especially well with Lurking Predators out) and 2. You can search for 3 things, you can search for a mana producer and a fatty, draw the mana producer and mayael out the fatty. Also, Noxious Revival and Worldly Tutor enable mayael with specific creatures. Then for good big guys I play the 3 angels from Avacyn restored, Blazing Archon and Retaliator Griffin are excellent at deterring attacks, and Worldspine Wurm and Armada Wurm provide some excellent tramplers from RtR.
Here's my deck if you want to check it out - wrath of the titans

Oh, forgot to say card:Sensei's Divining Top is a quality card, it is in any deck, but it is even better in a Mayael deck. Consistant land drops and guaranteed big beasties every turn? Yes please!
And Seedborn Muse is a must, you get to activate mayael in everyones turn!

@Jwooney: I forgot to update but Elvish Piper is already in. I will definitely be looking into some more tutors per your suggestions. Right now looking to acquire Worldly Tutor , Congregation at Dawn , and card:Green Sun's Zenith to help me find a Seedborn Muse (which I intend to add), Elvish Piper or Keeper of Progenitus , probably in that order.
Worldspine Wurm is a card I'm trying to trade for as well but Armada Wurm and "The Top" are a little too pricey for me at the moment.
Thanks for the great suggestions.

Found room for 3 tutors and Seedborn Muse. Also added Akroma, Angel of Wrath.
I am thinking of dropping Angelic Arbiter because it slows down the game so much.
Any suggestions on how to make this better? What cards are lackluster?

Hey bud,
Green Sun's Zenith is a sorcery :(, and why no Terastodon? He eats three permanents and gives them elephants, best trade ever. Oh hey your Cabal Coffers is now an elephant lol. Primeval Titan got banned in Sep. of last year. Lastly, you will most likely need more land. I run 36 in my deck. I'm not the best at point things out in other peoples decks, it makes me feel douchy since it's my opinion, but if you'd like to take a look at mine and get some ideas feel free! Mayael the Chubby Chaser

I switched out Terastodon for Sylvan Primordial when Gatecrash came out since it gives me land and gives them nothing. I am considering putting it back in though. What should I take out for it?
My friends don't mind "Prime Time" since I don't run any threatening/utility lands. I always tell new opponents it is there and remove it if they prefer.
I just retyped in all the cards in my deck and was pretty shocked to find I only have 31 lands! Its strange because I can't remember being mana screwed with this deck. I am going to pay close attention to that in my next few games.
Thanks for your input.

Looked at your list and found quite a few things I'd like to add. Some that are out of my price range but I will be looking to trade for are Scroll Rack, Sylvan Library and Defense of the Heart.
Ones I have are Aura Shards, Birthing Pod, Lightning Greaves and Balefire Dragon. Any suggestions for those?

Honestly I'm not a fan of mana dorks, because of the prevalence of board wipes, but it seems they work for you and your land count. So I think that you may be able to get away with removing some of the larger creatures that seem like they stand alone or don't do a whole lot. Tornado Elemental and Vengeful Archon seem a little lackluster since one hits all flying creatures and the other forces us to keep mana open. Granted Vengeful Archon looks sweet and since we could activate Mayael at instant speed it's not so bad, so maybe Dragonlair Spider could come out. Really you could think of the 2 creatures you are least happy to see when you see them with Mayael and remove them.
It took me a while to compile that list and I'm super proud/fond of it. Thanks for checking it out!

I found room for Aura Shards, Balefire Dragon, Terastodon and Mizzium Mortars. Dropped Bear Umbra, Naya Charm, Pathrazer of Ulamog and Mossbridge Troll.
I have two people in my playgroup that play Kaalia of the Vast. I've been running Tornado Elemental to take care of all their flying fatties when it gets to be too much. Have any other 5 or greater ideas that could help with that problem? I'm thinking Blazing Archon at the moment.

Ahhhhh that makes a whole lot of sense for Tornado Elemental then. For the Kaalia I face I run removal instead. If you have access then Blazing Archon would probably be a good bet.

Removed some mana dorks for sorcery ramp. Seek the Horizon, Deep Reconnaissance, and Journey of Discovery
Vengeful Archon is now Blazing Archon

I think you should add Mossbridge Troll his ability with Mayael's Aria adds a fun alternate win.
To add to your tutoring ability I will suggest looking into Enlightened Tutor also Academy Rector as it has been pretty useful for myself. Quicksilver Amulet helpls me cheat in big creatures.
I will also suggest adding in some mana artifacts like Sol Ring or Gilded Lotus even Chromatic Lantern all are very helpful in my Mayael deck.
Mayael and Her Eldrazi Kin is my deck, feel free to have a look for any other ideas.
Cheers,

Worldspine Wurm is just a huge green beast I use for a final punch in a game along with Eldrazi Conscription
August 23, 2013 10:20 a.m.
I had Mossbridge Troll in this deck previously and decided I didn't really want to win that way. Although, even just having an attacker/blocker that is essentially indestructible and has the ability to get +20/+20 is still great. What would you take out to put him in?
Quicksilver Amulet is a real contender. Any suggestions on what it should go in for?
I am considering putting more artifact ramp back in my deck but have been running into a lot of Aura Shards and Austere Command recently so I have been relying more on Cultivate type ramp. It seems to work pretty well but more playtesting is required. I also like the green spells for ramp because they thin out my deck making the odds better that I will hit a 5+ creature.
Thanks for the suggestions.

I would keep Mossbridge Troll in the deck, as you said no much gets past a 25/25 troll with its ability. Also can be a deterrent for people to attack. I have had it win me a couple games just in damage, didn't have Mayael's Aria at the time
I recently learned about Sneak Attack that may be a better option if you don't have a Quicksilver Amulet on hand. I would consider Savage Twister as a replacement, only because it benefits more from a late game; and not all games have a late game but all games have an early game. Titanic Ultimatum or Where Ancients Tread could also be replaced. I didn't find they had much usage in my game play.
+1 too!

I just learned that Sneak Attack is currently a $40 card, so Quicksilver Amulet may be better for you depending on your budget.

I recently acquired a copy of Tooth and Nail . Any suggestions on what should come out of this deck to make room?

Engulfing Slagwurm , Vigor , and Admonition Angel are my favorites to pull. Vigor works especially well with card:Mayael's Aria.
Retaliator Griffin makes opponents squirm too. They'll usually waste a good removal spell on it, or damage spell; which saves a little of your health points.
