Like the deck much. Not sure if it needs it, but I like the come behind of Vicious Shadows. Depends on your playgroup. Likewise, In the Web of War. I'd consider both of these loose suggestions for the deck, as it seems very finished as is.

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Embermaw Hellion Need I say more?

Thank you for the feedback
@BantBitch: Goblin Bombardment and Outpost Siege are allready in the deck :)
I took out Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker as he did not have enough targets to copy (5: Beetleback Chief, Emrakul's Hatcher. Mogg War Marshal, Siege-Gang Commander, and - for other reasons - Solemn Simulacrum).
Embermaw Hellion is a bit expensive for what it does, but I'll think about if I can use it. It does double the effecitvenss of Hellrider, Impact Tremors, and Goblin Bombardment and it adds 50% to Purphoros, God of the Forge and Guttersnipe. On the con its expensive and fragile.
@RedArchon I have chosen Goblin King and Goblin Chieftain over In the Web of War and the likes. Vicious Shadows could be devastating. I'll consider it :)
Cheers

Oh, you asked earlier if you were missing something. I don't think you were, but that infinite mana combo can be used for infinite goblins with Goblinslide or with Guttersnipe it'll win the game on the spot. Mono-red needs any edge it can get in this format!
However, after thinking about it I agree with your assessment that it's at best a maybe in your particular deck, since without tutoring (which is almost non-existent in mono-red) or card draw (same problem) the odds are poor you'd be able to pull it off.
I'm not sure what you'd take out. My first thought was Thatcher Revolt, but that's actually pretty nice if you have Purphoros and Outpost Siege out. Less so if only one of those is on the field.

@ComradeJim270 I'm pondering how to get room for both Mana Geyser and Reiterate... Reiterate may be a long shot, but it gives me one more chance to double Mogg Infestation, Hellion Eruption, or Descent of the Dragons. And it is not that horrible to clone a cheaper spell.
I think its a tough call. But I also think the deck is ready for a 1.0 playtest when that decision has been made :)
Cheers.

I like :) +1What strikes me though is are the goblin boosters and goblin tutor. Sure you have goblins, but not that many. Why have you added goblin support like the King? Instead of F.i Wurmcoil Engine? (it would trigger Purphoros twice), or Shivan Wumpus if you would like to keep it red?

@GobboE thank you for the support :)
There are a lot of goblins in the deck
Beetleback Chief (+2 tokens) = 3
Dragon Fodder = 2
Empty the Warrens 2xn, n > 0 = 2n tokens
Goblin Offensive = x tokens
Goblin Rally = 4 tokens
Goblin Warrens = lets just call it n tokens
Goblinslide = 1 token per turn
Hordeling Outburst = 3 tokens
Krenko, Mob Boss = double up on tokens
Krenko's Command = 2 tokens
Kuldotha Rebirth = 3 tokens
Mogg Infestation = double up on tokens
Mogg War Marshal +2 tokens = 3
Siege-Gang Commander + 3 tokens = 4
Goblin Recruiter, Guttersnipe, and the Goblin King and Goblin Chieftain themselves... thats more than 30 goblins + x and then doubled a couple of times. Add to that the 3 sorcery copiers.
I think Goblin King and Goblin Chieftain can pull their weight ;)

And the tutor is just a placeholder for goblins that might be good for the current boardstate. E.g. Krenko, Chieftain, King or Beetleback.

@ComradeJim270 I can't find anything I want to cut for Mana Geyser and Reiterate, so I'll wait with that modfication untill I've playtested the deck. Resetting discussion and bumping version :)
Cheers

Sounds good, I think you'll do just fine without them for now!

Very nice! I would also recommend Pentavus. Flameshadow Conjuring pairs great with creatures like Emrakul's Hatcher or Siege-Gang Commander.
Devastating Summons can be good too, since you can just choose 0 for X and still get the ETB triggers.
Chain Reaction is also another great boardwipe for Purph decks.

I play a Purphoros, God of the Forge deck and have found Homeward Path to be very helpful when my jerk friends steal Purphoros, God of the Forge from me, haha. Love the deck, +1 from me!

Pithing Needle hits things you can't deal with easily, and Ruination is a fun toy that hits their shit far more than it will hit yours.

Looks awesome. Could probably push this to a budget form really easy by switching out just a few cards. I'll try it!

Thank you for the suggestions, and for your support! :)
- Pentavus was in the first draft of the deck. He is problematic as he will usually have to wait a round untill you can profit from the counters on/off trick.
- Flameshadow Conjuring Is also really nice - I just don't think I have enough creatures in the deck, to profit from it. If I had enough creatures I'd add Conjurer's Closet as well.
- Devastating Summons is a good catch! Thank you. I'll add it to my list of potentials.
- Chain Reaction seems pretty good in this kind of deck. I'll keep it in mind if I need to add sweepers.
@Punmonkey: Homeward Path is an auto-include! Thanks. I don't own one, so it will be parked on the maybeboard for now. I may even add Expedition Map to support it, if commander stealing becomes popular in my meta!
@wisegreenbean: Ruination is excellent and was in the deck, but I cut it for more aggro! I'm considering replacing Blood Moon with it, to be less of an @ss, though I'm unsure if that will help in my playgroup. Pithing Needle is good, but I'd probably run broader hate over that, in the few control slots I've got.
@PeterChipouras: Thank you - replace Sensei's Divining Top, Blood Moon, and Wheel of Fortune and you are down $100 :) Let me know if you release a budget version.
Cheers

What do you think of Ogre Battledriver in this deck. Haste, extra damage, seems decent.

@bayard I'm not a big fan of Ogre Battledriver and the likes. I've opted for a couple of lords instead (Goblin King and Goblin Chieftain).

I'd recommend Ashnod's Altar or Phyrexian Altar for the deck. With the amount of token spam you hav, it's a way to multiply your damage when you sacrifice your goblins for a truly massive Goblin Offensive or Tempt With Vengeance.
Another card I'd suggest for the deck is Elemental Mastery. If you can slap it on Purphoros or another big fatty, you can tap for 10+ damage, along with having a bunch of little guys to attack/block with, as needed. The only problem you might have is having something big to put it on. Purph would be your best bet, but you need to keep devotion up then.
Warstorm Surge is a personal favorite of mine, and also has great synergy with Purphoros' second ability if you do something like Goblin Rally. In response to the Warstorm Surge trigger, pump some mana into Purphoros, and you're dealing an extra bunch of damage, due to the increased power.
As for cards to replace... Kuldotha Rebirth I don't really see being useful in this deck. It needs an artifact sacrifice to function, and I don't think you really run enough fodder artifacts to make it worth it. Sacrificing Sensei's Divining Top or Caged Sun or Skullclamp is not worth three goblins.
