Finks is quite good. I'd keep it in. Same with Scooze. Scooze is absolutely awesome. You'll also want 4 Lingering Souls. Good luck!

The reason for removing finks is because it's a one of. Maelstrom Pulse wins the argument over it due to a high amount of Young Pyromancer in the meta.

Scooze was either staying in (after play testing today), or sideboard.

Most Junk lists don't run Dark Confidant. Bob is really more of a Jund card. I think it's because Junk has a much higher curve with Rhino and Tasigur. You definitely want a 1-of Maelstrom Pulse, like you said.

The changes I'd make are cut 4 Birds of Paradise, 4 Phyrexian Arena, 2 Voice of Resurgence, 1 Abrupt Decay, and 1 Restoration Angel. My reasoning for cutting the Angel is that other than Rhino, there's nothing you really want to blink, and since you're only running 3 Rhino, you should really be running 4. My reasoning for cutting Decay is that there are enough times where it is dead in the hand that you want to have 1 Pulse instead of it rather than in addition to it.

Add 4 Tarmogoyf, 4 Liliana of the Veil, 1 Kitchen Finks, 1 Lingering Souls, 1 Maelstrom Pulse, and 1 Siege Rhino.

As stated, the arena, birds, and voices are temporary, until I can afford four goyfs, four lilis. The only reason for the birds is to get a t2 arena, since I can't t2 Bob.

The reason for one resto is simply because I only have three rhinos. Also, the lightning bolt on a stick has been a huge help. Don't need a bounce target to be good.

The reason for only three souls, is because I only have three.

I am not cutting a decay, it's just too good.

I definitely need card advantage of some kind. Either two Bob's or a replacement. Like you said, flipping rhino into tasigur is no bueno, but when you're 1-for-1ing your opponent until you can sneak enough damage through... Gotta have cards.

I should also let you know, and any other card suggestors that I don't have time to acquire cards to make changes, as the tournaments are on Tuesday's, and our area is small. I'd have to order cards, and with the deck being four days old.... :3

i would put in the other two tarmogoyfs and three or four lilianas and 1 more siege rino. im not sure what you like about this deck so i'll leave the cutting to you.+1

Those will be included. I don't have the $900 or so dollars to spend on the four goyfs and four lili's, as the description says. The only reason I was able to play the two goyfs was because someone lent them to me for the night.

They will be included. As for the extra rhino, I agree. It would be nice, but Resto is also nice. And is proving quite valuable.
