This deck is built to give all creatures lots of counters using Winding Constrictor + Verdurous Gearhulk or other cards like Nissa, Voice of Zendikar using her -2. Then using Rishkar, Peema Renegade to empty out your hand and give yourself a solid amount of creatures. Then the idea is to use Rishkar, Peema Renegade to bring out the finisher Decimator of the Provinces that is not the only way to win though because the deck is capable of winning without Decimator of the Provinces actually really easily, because how often all the creatures will have 3-4 +1 +1 counters' on them.
EXAPLE TURN HAND AND TURN SEQUENCEHand: 2 Blooming Marsh, 1Oath of Nissa, 1 Winding Constrictor, 1Rishkar, Peema Renegade, 1 Forest, and 1 Verdurous Gearhulk
Turn 1: Blooming Marsh into Oath of Nissa, reveal the top 3 card one being Nissa, Voice of Zendikar take that.
Turn 2: Draw Grasp of Darkness, and play Blooming Marsh, tap both and play Winding Constrictor
Turn 3: Draw Forest, play it and play Rishkar, Peema Renegade giving both Rishkar, Peema Renegade and Winding Constrictor a +1 +1 counter, but thanks to Winding Constrictor they actually get 2 +1 +1 counters. attack with Winding Constrictor putting them at 16.
Turn 4: Draw a Decimator of the Provinces, play Forest then play Verdurous Gearhulk by tapping all lands and Rishkar, Peema Renegade. Give +1 +1 to Rishkar, Peema Renegade, give one to Verdurous Gearhulk and 2 +1+1 to Winding Constrictor with Winding Constrictor it gives them all a extra +1 +1 counter. Making the Winding Constrictor a 7/8, the Rishkar, Peema Renegade a 6/6, and the Verdurous Gearhulk a 6/6. Then attack with the Winding Constrictor bringing them to 9
Turn 5: Draw a Forest and play a forest. giving you 5 lands and 3 creatures that can tap for lands thanks to Rishkar, Peema Renegade. Tap the Verdurous Gearhulk for Mana which gives you 6 mana available. Sac the Verdurous Gearhulk and then play Decimator of the Provinces for 3 of your mana. giving all your creatures +2 +2 and trample. Then play Nissa, Voice of Zendikar and -2 her. This will give all your creatures +1 +1 which actually is 2 +1 +1 for each creature with Winding Constrictor. This gives you a 11/12, 10/10, and a 11/11 all with trample attacking.
note this is one of many Turn five win sequences. And it is easy to have control of the board until turn 5-6.
