A deck I thought up one day while I was bored. Costs 170$ but is worth it.

Win conditions,Use solomnity to prevent counters being placed on glacial chasm therefor saving you from being drained to death while using glacial chasm to protect you from damage so you can mill your opponents to death

How to win,Use all the wish and tutor cards to get solemnity on to the battle field. WARNING, solemnity must be used first!Then when it has been placed you then place down glacial chasm. When this is done you can not take damage.Now sit back and relax as your opponent losses the game. Use the Luxa river shrine to gain back some life you may have lost during the time it took to get the cards.
