Just an EDH idea I had after seeing m13, This is a peasant deck so only commons and uncommons worth less than $2.

Game play:

Play Talrand ASAP (around turn 4 or turn 6 if your playgroup runs a lot of removal) using 1 mana cantrips to make sure you have a land drop every turn.

Cast lots of spells at end of opponents turn.

Swing on your turn.

Win.
