The deck theme is grind your opponent(s) down for about a dozen turns and win.

Step 1. Draw cards while countering and spot removing as necessary.

Step 2. Play permanents wile continuing step 1 and wrathing as necessary.

Step 3. Play Dakkon Blackblade anytime you can do so safely after you reach 9 lands and swing for game.

Dakkon Blackblade is strictly worse than Phage the Untouchable and occasionally on par with Haakon, Stromgald Scourge . That is honestly all you need to know to play the deck.
