Going for a counter-burn based deck. Using blue for countering spells triggering the effect from Guttersnipe then direct damage with Shock and Lightning Bolt to trigger the effect for Nivix Cyclops to push through some attack damage.

May consider working in a few Mugging cards in order to prevent the Nivix Cyclops from being blocked.

Also may consider removing the Nivix Cyclops to replace with 4 Spellheart Chimera Still on the fence with this one.
