First proper competitive mono-blue deck I have worked on! It mainly works around three basic principles:

Bounce.

Draw.

Counter.

Looking to cut down on the cards so that it is playable and find out any improvements that are suggested!

I can't break the bank to fund this so cheap but good reccomended cards would be appreciated.
