Standard format milling deck that is interesting to play. Play inexpensive creatures and removal to keep creatures at bay as you start to build up your milling capability; Breaking (better than Mind Sculpt!) helps for early mills to start to pump Wights and build up Phantasms. Opponent's graveyard strengthens your spells and creatures. Unblock-able creatures allow you to mill opponent and draw cards--ciphers on your keyrunes are particularly useful--and also create a credible threat to win via damage to player. Use Artful Dodge with a pumped-up Wight or Aberration for a big hit. Control to avoid direct damage. Use Essence Harvest with an Aberration or Wight for big life gain and potential game winning non-combat damage. Dimir Charm is a flexible contributor all game; don't forget the under-appreciated 3rd option: mill 2 and set opponent's next draw.
