The idea is a heavy mill control deck with an emphasis on zombies. I made a more standard mill version of this when I stumbled on a combo and am deciding on making this combo more effective and the central focus of the deck. We are going to remove the "win more" cards, add more transmutes, removal, cycles. Hopefully we will have a deck that is more specific to what we are trying to do.

So the deck works like this:

We abuse mill with our cmdr and Undead Alchemist. This way we can generate a lot of tokens and mill more and more each turn. But the best part of the combo is going semi-endless. We use cards like, Thousand-Year Elixir+Intruder Alarm + Altar of the Brood. Now its not and endless combo, but its semi endless because of how much milling will occur at the table. And even if you only mill one creature card, it will untap everything so you can mill more.

The goal is simple. Start with your CMDR, and Undead Alchemist. with just those two out you can start to ramp up. Your next target to tutor should be Intruder Alarm. Anything after this is just "win-more". Eater of the Dead is a great card to use in an emergency, he can tap to mill, remove a creature, and untap.

Some added control exists in this deck and a more grouped mana curve.
