Deck Is Currently a Work In Progress.
Since As Foretold came out, people have started to rebuild the restore balance deck into normal control shells shying away from the cascade part of the deck. I'm not very fond of it so I decided to instead update the old restore balance deck with the new card. Hope you like it.
The core pieces of the deck are namely Restore Balance, Ardent Plea, Violent Outburst, Greater Gargadon, the new As Foretold, and the Borderposts. (Fieldmist Borderpost, Firewild Borderpost, and Wildfield Borderpost).
For those of you who don't understand how this combo works or for those who haven't seen it before...
Step one
You cast either Ardent Plea, or Violent Outburst.
OR
You play As Foretold.
Step two
You follow the cascade trigger from Ardent Plea/Violent Outburst
OR
You cast Restore Balance from your hand using As Foretold
Step three
You sacrifice any lands you may have lingering around to Greater Gargadon.(Remember that you bounce lands back to your hand with the borderposts).
Then since you have no lands, your opponent must sacrifice down to zero lands as well.
Since you have no creatures, your opponent must sacrifice down to zero creatures.
Same goes for discarding hand size as well. (This will most likely not be zero unless you are later into the game.)
Then you are left with your enchantments, planeswalkers, and borderposts, and hopefully your opponent has nothing.
