Hello there and welcome to the Chaos. When I thought of how could I make a deck that will make people scoop, and I thought the mechanic cascade will do just that. So here is Averna, Chaos Bloom, she wants to put lands out for you to have mana to hit those big cascade creatures. We can get big creatures out in the early game and become very hard to deal with at the table.
