I have always wanted to do a sliver deck, but never started. I opened a pack of Modern Horizons and pulled a foil The First Sliver. So I pretty much have to build that deck now, right? The whole idea is to just start huge cascades and pull an absurd amount of value per spell. I'm going to build this deck over time, so I'm not getting all the big boss slivers, or fetch lands, or OG duals. Yet. I want to kind of get this deck in a playable fun state and will upgrade as time goes on.

Updated to add Jegantha as a companion. Only needed to drop Pulmonic Sliver, and replaced it Dregscape Sliver.
