When you cast they burn, you copy they burn to cinders, copy again burn the ashes.

Ciphering to Invisible Stalker is probably the safest source of constant/reliable casting you could possibly have. Copy Last Thoughts for extra card draw if you don't have Mercurial Chemister on the field, or if you want to completely refill your hand if you've got the mana, also this way you can save Mercurial Chemister to block and tap him at opponent's end step.

Between cipher cast burning with Gutersnipe's ability, and TRIPLE CASTING burn spell, its safe to say this pill of torches is pretty toasty. With a half decent hand you ought to be burning with nearly every spell you cast.
