Strategy

In the early game, ramp up using spells like Cultivate and mana dorks like Viridian Joiner. Try to get out your commander protectors like River Boa right before dropping the big guy himself. Once you stabilize with a protected commander, you can begin to do your magic. Try to hook up Kraj to an untapper like Horseshoe Crab to use his abilities many times per turn. If you're lucky, you can also get out something like Seedborn Muse to use your abilities on every opponent's turn as well. With your ability spam, you can draw cards with Arcanis the Omnipotent or steal creatures with Cytoplast Manipulator. After a while of drawing cards and pumping Kraj, you can win with commander damage. Creatures like AEtherling and Jodah's Avenger make your commander unblockable, so it can swing in for the kill.
