This deck is very cheap, about $10 at the time of writing (TCGplayer, not Card Kingdom). If you have any suggestions, please keep them cheap.

This deck focuses on locking down your opponent's hands and not letting them have fun. I don't normally play decks of this theme because I want my friends to like me, but I was making a very budget deck for every color and this was the first theme I thought of. Basically use cards like Vicious Rumors and the classic Duress.
