You have plenty of time to learn the working of untap.in, it isn't that hard to get used to. And thank you for joining, it's good to have ya! :)
That puts us at 12 participants everyone, we have 4 spots left.
EDIT- This message was for Casey, I was Ninja'd.

Awesome! I will need to check out untap.in ahead of time while I still am able. I have been lurking this thread a lot!
I will be able to show you a bunch of the commanders I made up either tomorrow night or Wednesday to start.

If you are unsure on whether or not you'll be able to participate without causing inconvenices guessling, I could always mark you as a possible participant. So in other words, you will be kept on a list that reserves a spot for you, but if another user comes along that has a more flexible schedule, the spot will be taken. If the spot is not taken, I will contact you to find out if you are able to participate.
Would you like me to do this?
EDIT- Wow, I was Ninja'd twice today. XD

Or, I could list you as another participant, guarenteeing you a spot, but if you fall out of communication past 3 days of when play is supposed to start, I will look for someone to fill the spot.
It is up to you and whether you think you'll be available or not. :)

I have another friend who wants to join. Please save a spot if there is one left?
July 6, 2015 5:51 p.m.
Oi, I'm back. Decklist is under construction. Expect it done by tomorrow!
EDIT: My entire list apparently got deleted, so it might take longer than expected.

@6tennis, that's fine, don't sweat it. ;)
@Casey4321, yep, you're in. ;)
@Daedalus19876, I can hold a temp spot for him right now, but I can't guarentee a permanent spot unless he comes here himself. ;)
@guessling, you're being added to the temp list for the moment until I get an answer for my above posts. ;)
Everybody gets a ;)

@NoviceMagician I think that this is for the best. I will still share some commanders and make a deck. Then if there are any no-shows, maybe I will happen to be around and can sub in - or something of that nature. Or if you don't fill all the slots, I can try to force my schedule and work around barriers and limitations and things.
As needed ...

I think to make it easier, use this as the text box:
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player may put a Dirge counter on ~.
At the beginning of each player's end step, that player sacrifices a creature for each Dirge counter on ~.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may pay 1 life to remove a Dirge counter from ~.
Just an idea, and I think that card can go badly in many ways. I would suggest for the last line:
Pay 1 life: Remove a Dirge counter from ~. Activate this ability only during your upkeep.

Don't forget the backslash before the last bracket. You also need to make sure that it's a jpeg.

He is waaay too powerful.
EDIT- I don't use a backslash but it works fine, see:

Ah. I'm attempting something weird. Like a political stax commander lol how badly do you want to hose the guy next in the turn order. Also I want to be the only one to remove the dirge counters from her.

Casey4321, Sure, but let's try making it like 5 life to remove a counter, since you start with 40.
July 6, 2015 6:57 p.m.
@Novice huh, I guess I just added stuff unnecessarily. Stills works either way though.
@Casey Check out Daedalus19876's commander choice
July 6, 2015 6:59 p.m.
I've seen it, I wanted to interact with it cause it scares me :D
@Novice: I'll take whatever suggestions you think would help. I've never built one before so power level is very hard to gauge for me.

this is only the basis of an idea, but what about something like:
"At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep the player whose turn it is may put a dirge counter on ~. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove all dirge counters from ~. You lose X life and each opponent sacrifices X creatures. X is the amount of counters removed this way."
Even then it still strikes me as too powerful. So I'm not entirely sure.

Oh, I also recommend Magic Set Editor, but there are some people...cough cough NoviceMagician cough cough...that can't use it because they don't have access to a computer. Otherwise, mtgcardsmith would be fine. However, if you wanted someone else to create the card's image, I would be happy to do it for you. I don't have much of a life, so I don't mind creating it for you XD
......sigh

Casey4321: whoa, there. That commander is WAY too powerful, especially since if you're clever with it you can come out almost unscathed. Plus, if you put an Assault Suit on him/her, it becomes a creature lock on the entire table. At the very least, a counter should only be added during your upkeep, and the sacrifice should be part of the same trigger. Otherwise, you could do this:
Play Alyss, sacrifice nothing.Opponent 1 sacrifices 1 creature.Opponent 2 sacrifices 2 creatures.Opponent 3 sacrifices 3 creatures.Your turn again: find a way to kill him/her that turn, and not have to sacrifice anything.
I'll think of possible modifications when I have some time later today.

Yes I also recommend Magic Set Editor. It is also useful for making tokens and proxies.
I really love this idea but have a few small issues that I though would make it impossible to commit.
All of that being said, I do literally have a bunch of these kinds of commanders on file at home and this is just exactly the kind of thing that I would be interested in if I can work around the above issues.
I was staying away because of said issues, actually, but the fact that it is still open means that maybe I can still manage - but I would hate to bump someone out who was more settled about things.
