NoviceMagician, that commander needs to have its CMC increased. Also, the condition for its ability should be "You may skip your draw step" rather than "You may skip that draw" to prevent abuse with Howling Mine effects. Let's be fair, hexproof is an extremely strong ability, Island Sanctuary is a strong card and slapping the 2 of them together, adding a color in a format where ABUR duals and fetches are legal is going to cause some problems.
Oh, and the tears from having to change Tymdall are real, but I guess a ramp/combat based commander is too strong for a custom series where we have a commander that grants everything Dredge 1 (that card seriously scares me). Anyways, here we go. I'm keeping hexproof literally because the only cards in my deck that target are Asceticism and Ulvenwald Tracker, so the change to shroud really doesn't effect me and I'd much rather use a supported keyword. Gave her an extra point of toughness now that she gets shrekt by Swords to Plowshares and its ilk.

I'm glad I'm not the only one scared shitless by the Sidisi.

I'll just go ahead and post this in the comments since people aren't explaining.
"Do not be afraid to voice any form of concern you may have regarding any of the commanders, participants, or the tourney itself. You are welcome to post something about it here on the deck page, or through chat with me. I want to know about any and all concerns participants may have, so do not be afraid to let me know."
That being said, simply stating that a card gives you concern but not elaborating as to why will not be considered legitimate concern. This is the reason Tymdall was requested to be changed. Several participants expressed concern to me and gave reasons. So if anyone has legitimate concern, please explain your reasons. You can do this here on the deck page, on my page, or through chat with me.
The newest version of Tymdall is fine JA14732. And thanks for the input on my commander. I won't actually be using it (probably never), but I really do appreciate the input, so thank you.
Damn it I hoped no one noticed I could go full force Howling Mine... XD

I just don't know it feels like there's something in there that could cause some serious havok I just don't see it at the moment.

The problem with Sidisi is that Dredge is a deceptively powerful mechanic, and giving everything dredge is insane. That means recurring Damnations, recurring creatures with powerful ETB effects, recurring removal, counterspells AND getting more fuel back. It's just too damn much for free. I'm going to compare her to Tymdall, who was getting concerns voiced (pre-change). Tymdall was a hard to remove Rampant Growth on a stick, that turned into a hard-to-remove yet devastating creature. Sidisi, WHOSE ABILITY APPLIES IN THE GRAVE, turns your entire graveyard into a toolbox. What's more, once she hits the GY if you aren't running a Tormod's Crypt effect you've just lost the game. Her toolbox only grows larger whilst yours grows smaller. Shit, she's stronger than original Kudul, who was one of the most broken cards I think I've ever seen.
She needs a huge revamp to become balanced.

Yea. JA is expressing the concern which I have a hard time expressing. (I'm sorry I'm not a gifted...Uh...Expresser of my concerns lol)
July 9, 2015 10:40 p.m.
Just imagine if he has a Necropotence. That is absolutely broken. What about making just nonlegendary creatures get dredge 1 in the graveyard?

JA has a certain talent for it, trust me XD. In all honesty, he is right. The card is simply too powerful. I think the best way to put it is that it turns your graveyard into a second library. I wouldn't mind except I'm not running control for once XD

What if there was also a clause saying something like:
"If you dredged cards back to your hand more than three times this turn, exile ~ from your graveyard."
Or something like that.

First, Sidisi only affects permanents, so that rules out "recurring Damnations, recurring removal, counter spells, fuel(?)."
She originally affected all cards, but that was nerfed to permanents only because of the above things. She also originally worked if she was in the battlefield or in the graveyard which was also nerfed to working only if she was on the graveyard.
Second, are there any ways you see that could fix her? (I really don't want to make Daedalus have to build another entire deck. Especially with his situation IRL at the moment. So if possible, I'd like to keep her somewhat similar.)

Nonlegendary creatures might work. I took me a mitnue to type so I was beaten to the post race quite a few times.

Also, the deck lists will be going up. The number of people who didn't vote tipped the scales into putting up the lists because they were considered an automatic yay.
EDIT- Unless those of you who didn't vote make up for it by voting yay or nay, the deck lists will be going up in 30 minutes.

Just on a quick note. Is everyone able to see the commander images in the commander spoilers? I'm having a hard time seeing them for some reason.
