It's Artorias! Yaaay!

Artorias seems...overpowered for its mana cost, but I'm indecisive. It's a similar effect to Alesha, Who Smiles at Death, but in MUCH more exploitable colors and without needing any activation cost. Plus the creatures don't come in attacking, meaning that they are much less likely to die. Plus it gets to happen on its first turn, even without an attack step. Plus it gets deathtouch, making it trade with much more expensive things while still regaining value from recasting it. Together these would suggest making it cost much more, maybe 2UBG or 3UBG. On the whole, it's somewhere comparable to having a Grave Titan as your commander.

On the other hand, there aren't THAT many good cards to recur with this that are less than 2 CMC...so maybe 1UBG or 2UBG is fair?

That being said, we have to discuss this card. As described, and assuming that Shiva transforms into the same planeswalker above, you have made her even more broken.

Just WW?? For a planeswalker with those abilities? Which are not even in color at all? Which you'd originally costed at 2WW, and now given a ludicrously easy transform ability? Essentially, you have a 2-mana planeswalker coming in with 4 initial loyalty and two extremely early and powerful loyalty abilities.

This needs to be costed at 4 mana or more, or given a much trickier transform condition. I'm not trying to be critical of your card design, sorry :(

KalvinHobbez: I suggest that your commander actually be REDUCED in mana to 1RG or just RG. After all, it's about the same ability as Radha, Heir to Keld, and she's costed at 2CMC in the real game.

add "activate this ability only during your turn."

and we'll make it yeah, good eye.

Actually, I think that 1WW would be fine with that condition, if you're okay with that.
