@6tennis, slow. If KalvinHobbez remains inactive, his spot will be forfeit to guessling. It sounds kinda mean, but I will be moving soon, so there is only so much time I have before he tourney is void. And that would be bad. Very bad.

@The_Dragonmaster, I will, but... Just... Not right now. I didn't even feel like commenting right now. I just don't want to do anything right now.

NoviceMagician, everything okay? If you want to talk about anything, just let us know. I understand that you're going through some family hardship, but if something's going on that you'd like to talk about, we'll help you out.

Who here has tried untap.in before? I just tested it for the first time. I think I have got the hang of it...sort of. It's a very confusing program, and if anyone knows a good zoom command I would be obliged.

I play on Untap. As for the zoom, you could just zoom the entire page. Also, there is an updated version of Untap called v2.untap.in. It's a little better, but it's still in the testing phase.

I've played a decent amount and I don't know of any zoom command. Not saying it doesn't exist, but I'm not aware of it.

And yeah, the program isn't too user-friendly overall. But it's free and gets the job done.

Well, not the site, but the computer has a zoom function built in. I forget how to at the moment, but you could ask in the forums or just Google how to zoom based on your computer.

I tried the computer zoom command. It actually, somehow, makes it worse haha. The cards don't change size, but now the window shows less of the battlefield.

@guessling, if you'd like to choose a commander and make a deck list, that'd be hot beans. KalvinHobbez likely won't be back for some time. If he doesn't respond within the next few days, you have the spot for sure, which will likely be the case. And depending on if or how fast you become ready, the spot can become yours much faster.

I feel bad that his spot will be forfeit, but 2 weeks is just too long to fall out of communication when you are participating in a tourney that should've started two weeks ago.

So if you still want in guessling, pick out a commander, we'll fine tune it, then build a deck, and we'll be ready to go. ;)

To zoom on windows use ctrl + mousewheel to zoom in/out

@ NoviceMagician I have narrowed it down to four that I can't decide between. Which would require the least severe tweaking?

Hopefully we start soon. Life is about to get very busy for me in about a month.

guessling: Second and third things on that list are waaaaaaay too good.

I thought the third one was pretty good so I made its CMC pretty high. By the point in the game where that card could become relevant, such reanimator tricks would be likely to have been achieved anyway by another deck. I was comparing it somewhat to Sheoldred, Whispering One.

The second one seemed to me to be a little bit situational. It could be good against opponents with lots of instants and sorceries, or it could be fairly useless. I compared it somewhat to Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge.

I am happy, though, with the first and fourth, as I said.

The problem is that the third one is significantly better than Sheoldred because it's triggered. So I could easily set up an engine with any sac outlet whatsoever and immediately go infinite. If it was limited to once per turn, like Hell's Caretaker, I would understand.

The second would be fine with me if it said "opponent's graveyard", but it's too easy to get something cheap in your graveyard and go infinite with it - especially in those colors.

I got a lot of pushback for my commander, and both of those would be significantly more powerful. Modified version of them could work though!

Hmm #1 bothers me a bit because you can do it any number of times. Maybe it should be a tap ability, or it should be limited to once per turn. Although that may be nerfing it too much.

Haha #2 cast Enter the Infinite, Omniscience, stuff like that for free...probably a bit too OP.

Number 3 is the most broken IMO. Better than The Mimeoplasm for sure. Use Entomb and stuff like that and load your yard with Praetors or whatever...then just a simple sac engine and value for days.

4 is interesting. For all intents and purposes it nullifies any graveyard play, whatsoever. Maybe it should read "your graveyard?"

That's why I started with 4 choices - I saw the pushback happening.

It is cool, though. I am fine with choices 1 and 4 just as much as any of the others.

@ SirFowler okay then, Sam, any picky wording concerns? I tried my best but there may be some fine-tuning left to do. I would expect it to be so.

Sam seems fine with me. First Mate seems to be alright with it, and I don't see anything bad about it. Sam would make a ballin' commander.

I know have, every commander, and every, deck list. You know what that means ;)

I will now be randomly grouping you all into groups of 4. A private deck will be made for each group to communicate and discuss when they are able to play, I will be the one to create these "chat decks."
