The usual: Get out Gelectrodes and Crackleburr and some counterburn to keep them alive and blow things up.

The ideal: Set off a combo with Snap and two Izzet Boilerworks, copying the spell through Izzet Guildmage to clear the entire enemy side of the board and hopefully sitting on enough spare mana when it's done to cast and copy Lightning or Prophetic Bolt a few times.
