The idea for the deck was taken from here: http://tappedout.net/mtg-articles/2014/aug/4/tails-ferret-lets-go-build-tempo-4/ I'd like to say this deck is different enough from his to be called my own though. You can see his decklist here:http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/tails-of-a-ferret-krakens-abyss/

The Win-cons:

1: Your Chasm Skulker gets really big and kills your opponent. There's lots of card draw in here to make it go off faster.

2: A big Chasm Skulker dies and/or you cast Master of Waves with lots of devotion--either way, they're getting swarmed with weenies.

3: Nothing is going well and you stall the game until they run out of cards through Jace's Erasure.

The Engines:

There is lots of card draw in this deck to grow your Skulkers, but there's also an emphasis on making sure you don't get dead draws.

Since a lot of cards will be given to your opponent, it's important that they get the minimal advantage through it--mainly this is by using the Excavate+Mindslaver combo to sacrifice all their lands, then discard their threats (although the discard is countered if they have a Kruphix, God of Horizons).

Combos:

Excavate+Mindslaver--Sac their lands, discard their threats.

Chasm Skulker+Prime Speaker Zegana--Double the size of your Skulker, and draw lots of cards. It's even better if you have a Horizon Chimera in play.
